Shacquan Robinson, CEO/Owner and Chief of Police
Shacquan Robinson, leads Washington D.C's newest and most versatile Special Police agency. Multinational Atlas Protection Agency (MNAPA) currently operates as a security agency for many of the Districts store fronts, apartment complexes and businesses. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and day-to-day management of MNAPA/NATPRO in the areas of operations, business development, customer service, human resources, training, and quality control. Overseeing nearly 10 highly trained, knowledgeable and seasoned officers. Along with 5 administrative personnel who specialize in public relations, information technology and public safety. Prior to opening MNAPA he was the Lead Private Investigator of a Maryland Private Detective Agency and the Captain of a D.C Special Police Agency.

With over 5 years of experience with various security and emergency management positions along with 8 years in business management. Actively studying Psychology, Criminal Justice and Foreign Business Relations and Marketing, he decided to create MNAPA due to seeing major inconsistencies in many agencies he has worked for and worked with. Currently holding a DC Special Police Officer Commission, a Private Investigator Commission in Maryland, along with other state commissions, his partners defined his knowledge as "knowing the science behind safety and management". Mr. Robinson is also currently seeking enrollment in Police and Correctional Training Commissions.
Mr. Robinson's career began in 2013 as a security officer in the District under Code 3 Protection services, and within 3 months qualified as a Special Police officer and immediately became a Corporal. The following year, he was sought after by another agency and received supervisory status.

In 2015, Shacquan Robinson continued his career and began federal training and property management training. Being taught and certified under a United States navy seal, obtaining the highest level of completion over 25 other officers. He started working in D.C schools to try to influence kids in the right way as he did in the Prince George's County School system as a coach for 3 different sports. He was offered a federal security position and turned it down to be closer to the neighborhoods of D.C so he can stay in the street, closer to the troubled kids, looking to continue to influence them.

In 2016, he was sought out by multiple security agencies and police departments in D.C and Maryland, but took the offer to return to SE D.C as a supervisor for a Special Police department. Within that year, he received more credentials and rose to a SPO Captain.

At the end of 2016 he accepted an apprenticeship with a Private Detective agency becoming a Maryland State Private Investigator in the summer of 2017. Shortly after, he became a Security and Safety Consultant. Opening Multinational Atlas Protection Agency as a consulting agency the following summer and becoming Property Manager in 2018.

2019, Mr. Robinson created the Special Police Department of Multinational Atlas Protection Agency (MNAPA).

Shacquan Robinson holds many security, business and personal licenses and certificates in multiple states across the U.S.A. Including certificates of completion from the Department of Homeland Security -Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
